•If you recieved any order wrong, it’s our responsibility to send you your order back.
• If any of our products are expired, which is not possible, incase it happens so we will refund the money or send you the item back.
• In Summers due to the heat, if products get melted, it is not our responsibility-you have to freeze the melted items first, then use them.
• In the event that any item is missing from the order, we will refund the money.
•When a product at the time of picking is out of stock, TCF will choose an alternative. If the price of new product is higher, you will not be charged extra and if it’s less, you’ll pay the smaller amount.
